Mikva Challenge invites you to our 2026 Democracy is a Verb! Celebratory Reception at the North America’s Building Trades Unions (NABTU) Legislative Conference in Washington, DC. This year, Mikva Challenge is pleased to honor Tim Driscoll, President of the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers.
In alliance with NABTU and the support of President McGarvey, this annual event brings together supporters, participants, and allies of Mikva Challenge who are united by our belief that building a stronger democracy means opening up spaces for all voices to be heard. We hold a shared commitment to create more pathways for young people, especially women and people of color, to achieve financial and economic prosperity, stability and success in their future endeavors.
